Orvil started his career as a Financial Advisor with Raymond James in Naples in 2004. He has now been an advisor with Northwestern Mutual for 15 years. Orvil and his team take a comprehensive and integrated approach to planning and have a very client-centric goals based planning process. With many clients being business owners, they coordinate personal and business planning in areas such as retirement planning, investment strategies, risk management, employer benefits, business succession and estate planning.
Orvil’s focus is serving the community and continuing to grow his financial planning practice that works with small and midsize businesses owners not only in South Florida, but also throughout the USA. He specializes in investment portfolio management, advanced life insurance strategies and structuring benefits for business owners and their key employees.
Orvil is originally from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. He earned undergraduate degrees in Sociology and Economics from the University of Utah, where he graduated with Cum Laude honors.
Orvil has 3 children and they are his focus outside of his businesses, along with his “girlfriend-partner” Lauren. He enjoys spending time with his family, being on the beach or the water, travelling, and diverse physical fitness activities - particularly long runs on the beach and snowboarding trips.
