About Us

Who We Are

N.A.P.L.E.S. is the acronym for the Naples Area Professional League of Executive Services. We are a business-to-business networking organization based in Southwest Florida, but many of our members are internationally recognized business leaders and experts within their fields of expertise. N.A.P.L.E.S. was founded by Tim P. Tillapaugh, a commercial real estate advisor to meet the growing need for non-competing industry referrals in the ever-expanding business landscape of Naples.

What We Do

The main focus of the N.A.P.L.E.S. group, as well as our primary mission, is to refer business between members. Along the way, our members are committed to improving quality of life for Naples residents and doing our part to contribute to our thriving community.  We meet on the first and third Thursday of each month for an energized breakfast networking session from 7:00 to 9:00am. During our meetings, we welcome valuable speakers, catch up on the businesses needs of our fellow members and alert each other to current specials and opportunities for our own businesses.

Why It Works

The mantra of the group is ‘work smart not hard’.  And when most of your customer base is right in your immediate networking circle, working smarter is much easier. At N.A.P.L.E.S. networking gatherings, events and one-on-one meetings, our members get clued in to what fellow members need for their businesses. More often than not, those needs can be met within the group. The result? A profitable cycle of business referrals that keeps on giving, even when the economy doesn’t cooperate.
